   March 2009- June 2009 - I Media Certificate in Photo Editing with Photoshop, Roundhill College,Thrumaston.

2004-2007 - BA (Hons) Photography and Video. DeMontfort University.

2002-2003 - BTEC Foundation Course in Art and Design with Merit. Leicester College, St. Margaret's Campus.

2000-2002 - A Levels in Textiles (A) Art and Design (B) English Literature (B) General Studies (B) and Media Studies (C). Lutterworth Grammar School.

1998-2000 - GCSE's , 11 at 5 A's, 4 B's and 2 C's including English (A), Maths (B) and Science (BB).

Work Experience:

  •  The Gallery at Hinckley Library, October 2010-Present.

    Working as Gallery Administrator for the gallery. This role involves organising and promoting exhibitions, sourcing funding and equipment for the gallery, as well as maintaining websites and processing visitors views and needs.

 Completed a season as a 'Freestyle' and Celebrity Square' photographer, travelling to schools in the Midlands area.

Represented the company at Glastonbudget Festival, 2010, Leicestershire. Shooting bands as they performed onstage and caputuring moments from the crowd.

 Completed a role as a freelance studio assistant based at the studios in Market Harborough.

 Training day with the studios fashion photographer experiencing make over shoots and applications for the Miss Natural Curves category for Miss England competition.

Photographed around the factory as they underwent  a massive clean of equipment, as well as photographing various products being created and the staff at work. These images will then be used around the factory and on promotional pieces.

  •  Eastwood Comprehensive School, June 2009.

Assisted with a workshop for a group of 12 (12 to 17 year olds), who are creating a magazine within their school environment. Gave them tips on how to take images and introduced them to my portfolio and website.

Observed photographer and owner of BCR Photographic Limited while on location in Birmingham shooting young children for the 'Baby of the Year 2009.'

Part of a group of emerging practitioners and artists in Leicestershire who we trained in how to lead workshops in schools and other youth based projects in the area.

Worked as a volunteer at the festival in various locations, which enabled me to network with other practitioners and interact with members of the public visiting the various exhibitions.
